Satisfaction Guarantee

Rapid Fire PC strives for 100% satisfaction with our services and support, in addition to the guarantees provided by the law.  If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us immediately. We will provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Rapid Fire PC products or services.  We will do our best to see if there is a way to remedy the situation. Each situation will be decided on a case by case basis.

Rapid Fire PC Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

  • 1. If you are not satisfied, please contact us by calling us at 302-857-0808 or sending an email to support@rapidfirepc.com All requests made under this guarantee for services purchased must be made within 3 business days. All products, hardware, or accessories purchased must be made within 30 days of purchase. Rapid Fire PC will process this request within 5 business days, after receipt of all returned items and materials. Unfortunately, Rapid Fire PC cannot refund or credit any filing fees or taxes paid to government entities or fees paid to other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to service professionals associated with the Service Professional Referral Service.
  • If you want to exchange the product you ordered, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original item minus a 20% restocking fee, less any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your Rapid Fire PC account. Any payments made directly by you to service professionals associated with our Service Professional Referral Service are not eligible for exchange or credit. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not completed within 30 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any money paid to government entities or other third parties) will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid for your original order by check, Rapid Fire PC will mail a check for the applicable amount to your billing address.
  • Our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Rapid Fire PC and does not cover changes in personal situations or your state of mind.
